How to install Synaptic Package Manager on Ubuntu 20.10 Groovy Gorilla or Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (Focal Fossa)


Synaptic Package Manager is a graphical front-end package management tool for apt. Like in apt, you can easily install, remove (uninstall), search , browse list of available software packages, manage your repositories or upgrade software packages with the Synaptic Package Manager on Ubuntu 20.10 Groovy Gorilla or Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (Focal Fossa)

If you love using a GUI to install apps in Debian-based systems (ubuntu, linux mint, etc) synaptic would make it worthwhile.

You can install Synaptic Package Manager on Ubuntu 20.10 or Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
1. Open Terminal and run
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install synaptic
. Now You can open Synaptic Package Manager on Ubuntu 20.10 or Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS from Menu
